Featuring a trio of musicians playing the blues, while a woman is looking out at the Louisiana river boat where her love may be. The scene is illustrated in black line against a dark blue background with off-white accents. The image is printed off-center to allow the title text to be printed vertically on the left side of the image and horizontally, under the printing, across the bottom of the poster.

Condition: Good. Used. 1" horizontal rip at the lower left edge. Toning along the edges. Handling creases, particularly at the top and bottom, appear as a result of the poster being rolled tightly. This was stored rolled with other posters as well.

• "Bluesville Records was a U.S.-based record label operating as a branch of Prestige Records, established in 1959 with the purpose of preserving the output of traditional blues musicians who were increasingly neglected by contemporary listeners. Esteemed artists including Roosevelt Sykes, Lightnin' Hopkins, Rev. Gary Davis, alongside Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee produced significant portions of their catalogs under this label.
