Fondé à Philadelphie en 1821, le Saturday Evening Post est un incontournable de la culture américaine depuis plus de 200 ans, avec des couvertures signées par certains des artistes les plus remarquables du pays. Le plus connu est sans doute Norman Percevel Rockwell. Parmi les autres artistes célèbres, on compte notamment JC Leyendecker, Steven Dohanos, Frances Tipton Hunter, Richard Sargent et John Falter. Vous trouverez ci-dessous un ensemble de douze couvertures encadrées et matées, signées par d'autres artistes, récemment arrivées chez Happiest Kid Finds, datant de 1928 à 1938. Il s'agit de la période Art déco, un style décoratif international qui s'est étendu de 1919 à 1939. Initialement connu sous le nom de « style moderne » ou « Jazz Moderne » .
Tous les tableaux sont disponibles à l'achat, avec passe-partout et cadre uniquement. Dimensions du cadre fini/extérieur : 44 cm x 34 cm ; fenêtre du passe-partout : 26 cm x 34 cm, 75 $ chacun.
