In stark contrast to current news, the image titled, In Happier Days, was released less than a month after the The Barq Revolution of August 15, 1929, during the British Mandate. The image harkens to a hidden coexistence between the two cultures, despite being under Ottoman rule till 1917, showing "..Jews and Arabs drinking coffee together as a symbol of peace at the settlement of their last trouble.."

Condition

Good — authentic antique character consistent with more than 50 years of age. The poster was machine-folded into four sections, with minor pigment loss along the fold lines. Handling impressions, edge wear - particularly at the bottom and left side - are present. A small tear on the left side is present as well. This item will be shipped flat.
