artist: Dalia Irena Ramanauskas, born Kaunas, Lithuania 1936
Signature: monogram (a letter D overlapping an R) to the lower right of the image; signed and dated with the title hand written in ink on the verso and signed again with complete signature on the back of the paper sealing the frame
Born 1936 in Kaunas, Lithuania; lived in Germany for five years before entering the United States in 1949. In 1958, Ramanauskas became a U.S. citizen. In addition to participating in numerous solo, group and museum exhibitions since 1960, Ramanauskas has executed numerous corporate commissions and has work in the following U.S. museum permanent collections:
