Born 1936 in Kaunas, Lithuania; lived in Germany for five years before entering the United States in 1949. In 1958, Ramanauskas became a U.S. citizen. In addition to participating in numerous solo, group and museum exhibitions since 1960, Ramanauskas has executed numerous corporate commissions and has work in the following U.S. museum permanent collections:
