condition: Fair to good condition overall; matted and framed; the sides of the cover were trimmed close to the text - to keep the same dimensions of the lot, the cover was placed on top of a wider sheet of paper (top right corner loss to under sheet), handling creases throughout and spots of discoloration on the cover.
