The last film directed by George Stevens. Starring Elizabeth Taylor and Warren Beatty. Filmed on a sound stage in Paris at Elizabeth Taylor's request, as her husband Richard Burton was working on a film nearby. Frank Sinatra was originally cast but when Taylor became ill, and filming postponed, he dropped out due to other commitments.
