Used in promotion of the music documentary directed by Jerry Garcia, "The Grateful Dead" (1977) that featured the legendary rock & roll band's live performance at the Winterland in San Francisco in 1974. The October 20th show from these concerts was billed as "The Last One", although the band would tour again later in 1976.
